Riley's Graphic Visions specializes in photography and videography, creating compelling visual narratives. We highlight previous shoots and constantly strive to enhance client experiences through engaging content.
Riley’s Graphic Visions – Photography & Videography Policy 1. Booking & Deposits All sessions require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date and time. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the shoot. Dates are not officially reserved until the deposit is received. 2. Flash Usage Riley’s Graphic Visions uses professional flash lighting for all sessions to ensure high-quality images and videos. If you prefer not to use flash, this must be requested before your session. 3. No Re-Shoots Policy We do not offer re-shoots. Please communicate all expectations, shot requests, and creative ideas prior to your session so we can best deliver your vision. 4. Revisions We offer up to two (2) revisions depending on the project. Revisions apply to editing only (color correction, trimming, minor adjustments). Additional revisions may be subject to extra fees. 5. Turnaround Time Typical turnaround time is 2–7 business days depending on project size. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee. 6. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date one time if rescheduled within 30 days. 7. Creative Style By booking with Riley’s Graphic Visions, you acknowledge our creative style and editing approach. Minor adjustments can be made through revisions, but full re-edits or style changes are not guaranteed. 8. Usage Rights Riley’s Graphic Visions retains the copyright to all images and videos. Clients receive full personal usage rights. We reserve the right to use content for marketing and portfolio purposes unless otherwise requested in writing. 9. Weather Policy For outdoor sessions, weather conditions will be monitored. If unsafe conditions occur, we will reschedule at no additional cost. 10. Client Cooperation Timeliness and cooperation are required for the best results. Late arrivals may reduce shooting time without refund. 11. Equipment & Safety We use professional equipment at all sessions. Clients must follow safety guidelines and respect our gear at all times. 12. Payment Methods We accept cash, Zelle, Cash App, and other approved payment methods. Full payment is required before final delivery. 13.
